Sports Performance Training
Our Sports Performance Training program is designed to help athletes improve their strength, speed, and vertical jump. We use a combination speed/agility drills, plyometrics, and strength training exercises to help our athletes become stronger, more explosive, and injury resilient. With the help of our initial 1-on-1 assessment, the athlete’s goals, and their training history, we are able to deliver a personalized training experience for each athlete. Our small group sessions generally range from 4-8 athletes.
Volleyball Lessons
Our On-Court Volleyball Coaching provides athletes an opportunity to sharpen their skills before their next tryout or game. We offer private lessons that allow the individual athlete to work 1-on-1 with one of our coaches on whichever skills they want to focus on. Our weekly Group Volleyball Lessons are great for athletes that want to improve their skills, while working with other athletes. Lastly, we also offer multi-day camps throughout the year, led by some of the areas most well known coaches and players.
Personal Training
For adults looking to look and feel better, we offer several personal training options. Our PowerHour Group Fitness program is a fun group training class that incorporates strength, cardio, and core training. Sem-Private Personal Training is one of our more popular options that offers clients the benefit of personal training, with the value of group training. Lastly, our 1-on-1 personal training option is great for people that enjoy more individual attention, and those with unique goals and schedules.
Mindset Coaching
We provide Mindset Coaching through our partners Headstrong Athlete. For athletes this is an amazing program that gives them the mental tools they need to become more mentally tough and perform better in high pressure situations. For adults, this program can also be utilized to improve productivity, break unhealthy habits, and live a more goal focused life.
Massage Therapy
Our massage Therapist Christel provides bodywork for adults, as well as athletes looking to recover faster from competition or injury. Christel is experienced in multiple massage modalities, so whether you are looking to relax from a busy week of work or speed recovery from an injury, she will deliver the massage you are looking for.
