Power Hour is our twist on the traditional “Fitness Boot Camp.” However, instead of seeing how hard we can make our clients work, we focus on results. We still incorporate circuits, intervals, sprints, and any other type of training you can think of, but we emphasize programming and proper technique.

Semi-private training is ideal for clients who are new to personal training or for those looking to take their fitness to the next level while working out alongside like-minded individuals:
- Comprehensive assessment including injury history, goals, and mobility evaluation

- Small group training setting (limit 5 clients per session) – increased personal attention
