Training Overview
TRAINING PROGRAM
Individualized Training Programs
Each training program is tailored to the unique goals and needs of the individual athlete. We take into account the athlete’s age, position(s), training experience, and injury history when creating each program. We will collect this information prior to your daughter’s first training session – NEW ATHLETE FORM
Training Format
Athletes workout in a semi-private training format, which offers the benefits of personal training programming and attention, with group training pricing.
NUTRITION
We believe strongly in the importance of proper nutrition for our athletes. Up to 63% of female athletes are at risk of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), leading to poor performance, increased fatigue, and a large increase in overuse/stress injuries.
Our focus is on the Big Three of Nutrition:
- Calories: important for performance and recovery
- Protein: needed to build muscle and repair tendons and ligaments
Water: necessary for physical and cognitive performance

ATHLETE WELLNESS
Performing better on the court involves much more than practicing and working out:
- Sleep: Up to 80% of teen athletes do not get adequate sleep, resulting in 2x more injuries than athletes that get the recommended 8-10 hours of sleep at night.
- Stress Management: The demands on teen athletes are at an all time high, while stress management is at an all time low. Now, more than ever, it is crucial for teens to incorporate mindfulness, sunlight exposure, and other stress management techniques into their daily routines.
- Goal Setting: By setting and accomplishing process-focused goals, athletes learn accountability and self-discipline—two important skills that they can take with them for the rest of their lives.
